What are you going to do
Being a care assistant is not just about helping residents stay as active and independent as possible while respecting their rights to choice, privacy and dignity. This means having fun, laughing with them, and using your skills to help them deal with everyday difficulties such as personal care and meal times. It also means working as part of a team to define their unique goals and implement personalized care plans. This means working flexibly to help them explore new interests, engage in exercise and physical activities, and make sure they enjoy themselves in a stimulating and family environment. Simply put, it means making a difference. real difference.
This role provides full or part-time contracted hours of 22 hours, 33 hours or 44 hours per week, 12 hours with an unpaid break. Caregivers will be required to work alternate weekends.
