1. The Provider

2. Qualifications

All Safaricom subscribers who meet the following criteria are eligible to use this service:

These terms will take effect on December 7, 2021, at 00:00 hrs.

5. Recurring Payments

  • By dialing *544*5# and selecting “scheduled payments,” you can instruct Safaricom to deduct payments at regular intervals to pay for your device loan.
  • If you’re a new customer, you can activate this feature as soon as you sign up.

These Terms and Conditions, save as changed above, are in addition to and subject to the published Safaricom Prepay andostPay Service  PTerms and Conditions, including the rules on Privacy and Security.
