We are looking for a store manager

In this position, you will report to the Logistics Manager and will be required to manage warehouse teams and ensure optimum warehousing operations in terms of quality of service, compliance with regulations, cost control and safety.

Among other responsibilities, you will be expected to:

• Coordinating and providing the leadership needed to carry out all activities in relation to warehouse systems and operations
• Oversee, train, direct and measure warehouse team productivity in line with warehouse operational objectives
• Maintain a positive and close working relationship with other jobs
• Managing all system controls and supervising system transactions
• Review and prepare workflow, staffing, space and equipment planning requirements and work plans while ensuring productivity, quality and customer service standards are met
• Supplier relationship and development to improve quality and performance
• Managing overheads within budget constraints
• Ensure that the work environment and employees are managed in accordance with Lactalis SHER . policy

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum degree in Logistics/Supply Chain or related field
• 8 years of experience at a supervisory level in logistics, transportation or agriculture related business
• Working knowledge of computerized office systems, warehousing applications, labor laws and health and safety legislation
• Budget management and planning skills
• Financial acumen
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Project and inventory management skills
• Quality-oriented results
• Teamwork and Collaboration
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
