Job Description
• Review the list of beneficiary debtors
• Contacting the beneficiaries and informing them of their overdue bills
• Negotiate appropriate payment plans
• Responsible for submitting regular activity reports and financial reports to
• board
• Ensure achievement of collection targets
• Implement appropriate debt follow-up workflow

Requirements
• Knowledge and experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or similar field
• Previous experience working in microfinance/bank/NGO field
