How disable fast boot or Ultra-fast boot in any PC

This article contains step by step on how to disable fast boot or Ultra-fast boot in any PC. This tip is helpful for those who find harder to access boot option after activating fast boot or ultra-fast boot with simple ways.

For most of PC’s, activating fast boot automatically disable booting the Bios setting which gives operating system to load first before the other devices such as mouse and keyboard. This behavior will make it harder for accessing bios option and even block you from booting any image through USB sticks.

Here is the solution to disable fast boot or Ultra-fast boot;

By using software

By using utility from support section of manufactured vendor e.g. HP, Dell, Gigabyte or others.  The utility software is found on their drivers’ section. What you have to do, is select the utility according to version of your computer. If the utility isn’t found, then check the below solutions which work perfect for all computers.

Disconnect Hard Drive

Another solution which works fine for all computer is by disconnect HDD/SSD from computer. By disconnecting the hard drive automatically force computer to start without fast boot setting which gives you an access to bios/UEFI through its key. So, disconnect it then start your computer then press Bios/UEFI key to access it, disable it then reconnect your hard drive.

Disconnect system Battery

By disconnecting system battery, it forces computer to start with default date which is not accepted to run operating system, thus prompt Bios/UEFI setup for further configuration, which gives you a loop hole for disabling the fast boot.

Disconnect RAM

Another solution which is also worked perfect for all computers is by disconnecting RAM. As you know, operating system can not load without RAM, so disconnecting it will give you an access to boot BIOS/UEFI setup.
