Army eLearning Login Eligibility

The applicants listed below are eligible to access and login to Army eLearning.

Army eLearning Login Guide

You must first enroll in the program to gain access to Skillport’s courses. You will have access to all of the courses once you have registered in the program. You can start whatever course you like; you do not need to enrol for them separately.

To register, complete the steps outlined below.

  • Go to https://www.atis.army.mil/Armye-Learning.html to learn more about ATIS Army e-Learning.
  • On the right, click the Register for Army e-Learning link.
  • Use your CAC to log in.
  • At the top of the page, click “Register for the Army e-Learning Program.”
  • Log in with your CAC (you are already registered if you receive a notification stating that you have an open reservation for the program). You can request a new password by going to https://usarmy.Skillport.com and clicking the Forgot Password link.) ;
  • Fill out all of the fields on the registration form and then click Submit at the bottom of the page.
  • ATRRS will send you two emails after the system accepts your registration. Your e-Learning User Name and the email address you’ll need to log into the e-Learning Program will be in one email, and your password will be in the other.
  • Click the Browse the Library link at the top of the screen when you log in to e-Learning. Click the launch link once you’ve found the course title you want to take.

Step 2: On the right, click the Army e-Learning logo.

Step 3: Go to the Army e-Learning Registration page.

Step 4: Use your CAC to log in.

Step 5: At the top of the screen, click “Register for the Army e-Learning Program.”
