APHFTA is an umbrella organization for the private health sector (self-sustaining) in Tanzania. Over the years, APHFTA has engaged the private health sector and public health facilities in the provision of public health commodities under the Ministry of Health and Community Development for Older Persons and Children (MoHCDGEC) to improve the quality of care in the health sector and achieve the objectives of the health sector strategic plans, the National Strategy for Poverty Reduction and Economic Growth (MoHCDGEC) MKUKUTA) and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

APHFTA is looking for qualified, experienced and interested individuals to apply and fill the following positions in its regional offices (Tabora, Iringa, Njombe, Singida and Morogoro):

PROJECT DRIVERS (20 Positions)

Job Qualifications

• Minimum ‘O’ level certificate with ‘Pass’,
• VETA or NIT certificate, or valid Class B, C, D or E driver’s license
• At least 3 years of leadership experience in a busy office especially in an NGO environment.
• Possess careful and defensive driving skills
• Personal appearance and excellent interpersonal skills
• High moral integrity
• Self-motivation
• Good teamwork spirit and willingness to work long hours.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Logistics Management and Transport Management from A

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management and Logistics Management from A
  Recognized university.

REGIONAL ACCOUNTANT-CUM-ADMIN ASSISTANT (1 Position)

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or any other related field;
• Experience of not less than two years
  As an accountant, has experience in finance, accounting and management,
• Preferably in an international development project
• Good knowledge of government administrative and accounting regulations and procedures;
• Knowledge of Ouick books or similar systems.
• Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, etc., will be an added advantage.
