NECTA Form Six Results 2022 | Matokeo Ya Kidato Cha Sita These are the results provided by the National Examination Council of Tanzania (NECTA) as a special body responsible for administering Examinations in Tanzania.
These results are released after the Examinations held in Fifth Month 2022, so all Form Six students who took this test will need to know their results for employment in order to pursue higher education.
About NECTA
The choice to create National Examination Council of Tanzania (NECTA) was a response to a previous action taken in April 1971 when Tanzania Mainland withdrew from the East African Examinations Council (EAEC) in order to administer her own exams. In 1970, Zanzibar left the EAEC. Tanzania took part in the joint East African and international secondary school examinations, which were previously only administered by the Cambridge Local Examinations Syndicate, between 1968 and 1971, prior to the withdrawal.
The School Certificate and Higher School Certificate Examinations were the tests given back then by the Cambridge Local Examinations Syndicate. African students first took the School Certificate Exam in 1947, followed by the Higher School Certificate Exam in 1960.

The objectives of ACSEE
The purpose of this exam is to evaluate the learner’s knowledge and capacity to pursue further education, such as diploma and degree programs, and to determine how well they can apply their acquired knowledge and abilities to meet the social, political, economic, and technological challenges that face both them personally and the overall development of their country. As a result, applicants at this level should be able to perform a wide range of tasks using their knowledge, comprehension, application, analysis, synthesis, and evaluation skills.
Qualifications for Participants in the Examination
Candidates who have completed two years of secondary education (advanced level) and have earned three credits at the CSEE level are eligible to take this test.
