HESLB Online Loan Application and Management System (OLAMS) 2021/2022:- HESLB OLASM is an online loan application system for students wishing to enter higher education in Tanzania.

The Higher Education Student Loan Board (HESLB) was established in 2004.  HESLB is responsible for issuing loans to students who are pursuing advanced/postgraduate diplomas and degree studies at accredited higher education institutions inside and outside the country. HESLB is also required to collect repayment of all student loans since 1994, in order to make the program successful and sustainable.
