Skills trainee in WARD NURSING

CCBRT operates a skills training program that allows people who have completed their vocational education to be exposed to and gain skills and work experience for a specified period of 6 months as a skills trainee.

Within the CCBRT Patient Department, we have a 6-month intern position available for a motivated and qualified graduate interested in enhancing his or her skills in practical nursing. Job Vacancies at CCBRT Tanzania

Skills trainee in WARD NURSING

During the placement period, the intern will:

• Learn about CCBRT and preparing the hospital as a business environment
• Discover a variety of ward nursing procedures and processes
• Help improve patient care
• Learn about comprehensive and disability-friendly services
• Learn about nursing before and after surgery
• The intern will be supervised and trained by Ward in charge and other team members

The Trainee

• Possess a diploma or degree in nursing
• Keen to learn and ready to work under supervision
• Has a proven set of computer skills
• Has the ability to multitask, knows how to prioritize and has a practical mindset
• He has good communication skills.
• For this position, we are looking for fresh graduates willing to explore the job market.

Recruitment trainees are not paid. A small monthly stipend is provided to contribute to transportation costs. CCBRT does not offer employment opportunities at the end of the trainee programme.

• Discover a variety of nursing procedures and processes in the operating room.
• Help improve patient care
• Learn about comprehensive and disability-friendly services
• Learn About Berry Operative Nursing
• The intern will be supervised and trained by the responsible operating room and other team members

The Trainee

• Possess a diploma or degree in nursing
• Keen to learn and ready to work under supervision
• Has a proven set of computer skills
• Has the ability to multitask, knows how to prioritize and has a practical mindset
• He has good communication skills
