The Ministry of Health, invites job applications from qualified and competent Tanzanians
to fill nineteen (19) vacancies as outlined in this announcement.

JOB TITTLE: AFISA USTAWI WA JAMII DARAJA LA II – (NAFASI 15)

 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

i. Conducting interviews with caregivers (people with disabilities, the elderly, families with disabilities)
problems, children and adolescents with various disorders);
ii. Conduct inspections of the environment in which the clients live to obtain their full information;
iii. Prepare interview reports and environmental audit of staff;
iv. Receive and collect Social Welfare information from stakeholders and centers
various Social Welfare;
v. Receive and collect data pertaining to the services of persons with disabilities, the elderly,
upbringing of children and families with problems;
vi. Receive, analyze and compile a list of applications for enrollment in foster care
day care, foster care and day care centers

vii. Receive, analyze and compile a list of applications for Presidential assistance from
mothers, who have given birth to three or more children at one time;
viii. Receive, analyze and compile a list of applications for orphans or children in need
various aids;
ix. Receive, analyze and compile a list of various applications from family members
of distressed people

JOB TITTLE: MSAIDIZI WA KUMBUKUMBU DARAJA LA II – (NAFASI 4) (Nafasi za Kazi Wizara ya Afya)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

i. Search for references / documents / files required by readers;
ii. Receipt control, Registration of Records / documents;
iii. Analyze, list and organize records / documents in groups accordingly
and relevant subject;
iv. Keeping / arranging records / documents in archives;
v. Addressing requests for records / documents from the Ministry and its Institutions;
vi. Search for references / documents required by readers;
vii. Repairing damaged records; and
viii. Keeping / arranging records / documents in archives.
