Jeshi la Kujenga Taifa | Nation Building Army (abbreviated JKT) is a branch of the Tanzanian army. It was established on 10 July 1963 for the training of Tanzanian youth on patriotism, ethics and discipline.

The National Service Act established the National Reunification Service for Tanzanian Youth for the following purposes:

Cooperation to strengthen the sense of sexuality.
Develop social and cultural awareness.
Develop skills, increase economic independence, and reduce unemployment.
Training and training of youth for national service and government assistance in case of natural disasters.
